I am an educator; I have worked in more than one profession in my lifetime. I have the desire to become a writer. I have lived in several different places, and I call this home, no matter where I go, I always cannot wait to return here, a place in nature designed by God, he placed the beauty of the mountains and the glaciers, and the ocean close to me to enjoy every day. I often sit on my front porch swing while sipping coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and marvel at the beauty. Okay, yes, I am a little spoiled; however, I feel I have earned it. I can change my environment when I desire by driving up the mountains or catching a ferry to Victoria, Canada, or getting lost in the garden in the backyard. I have an easygoing calm personality, which I inherited from my mother, I have physical strength from my father as well as the wisdom that every father needs to impart to his son or daughter, and without it, a child can get lost easily in life. The greatest personal traits that are important to me are intelligence and honesty, from that everything either flows or it does not. Honesty creates trust and without those two ingredients, there is no relationship. A woman who can be herself is happy and has created good feelings and self-esteem about who they are in life. A woman of confidence, intuition, a bright outlook about the future, a woman who knows who she is, and where she wants to lead her life; she should be able to communicate on all levels of the relationship. A woman who loves who they are and is prepared to deal with life no matter what shortfall might occur; mistakes in life are a learning experience, they are our lessons learned and shared; a conscience is necessary along with a warm heart toward others less fortunate than her.
Intelligent, a belief in God, family orientated. I live in nature, outside of a small city, able to adapt to a small city atmosphere. She should have many interests; someone who is artistic and or musically inclined would be nice, although not a condition of a relationship.
