After graduating from Sambalpur University in 1996, I worked with some of the top IT Industries and Banks (IBM, Cap Gemini, CSC, Wipro, HDFC, RBS & UBS) for 15 years on IT Service management implementing, the best IT practices, driving projects on Lean Six Sigma and implementing standards of ISO 27001, 9001:2000 to enhance the quality and productivity.
This was only possible through rigorous awareness sessions, coaching and mentoring. The major challenge was the most common, which is our resistance to change.
My soft skills on learning and adaptability, customer orientation, stakeholder management & communication, investigation & problem solving, process excellence, measurements, service improvement plans, planning & organizing, time management, leadership through demonstration and being a team player without emphasizing authority, helped me a lot.
I enjoy going gym every day to release my stress and relax.
In spare time I explore the history & culture of other countries & watch historic movies.
