At university I once participated in a very thorough psychological experiment. At the end of the session we had to exchange cards each mentioning one human characteristic. Whereas most people got 5 cards, I was given … 16 cards. Usually, the first time people meet me, they don't know what to think of me. Serious, intelligent, or the opposite? The better they know me, the sooner they find out I easily adapt to any situation. What I hear most is: not superficial, direct, not shy, passionate, smart (by which is meant: well-informed), witty (or 'not witty', it depends), reliable, looks: from 'not my type' to 'average' to 'why not'…
My rather lonely youth made me educate myself, I became an excellent observer and listener, read a lot and this way I developed my verbal talents and storytelling skills. As soon as I had the chance to escape from my isolation, I quickly made friends. I am interested in lots of subjects, I often swim, ride my bike (no mountains here!!!!)
I adore what I see as travelling (which differs from what most of you think it should be).

Those last few years have been tough: I lost too many people too fast, I thought I was strong enough to handle loneliness. I was wrong and even nearly lost my usual courage Gradually I closed myself more up at home, lost old interests... But now it’s high time I started REALLY living again.

In my own country I look very young for a 54-yr old man. In UA, Russia and in the USA I even had to show my ID card to prove I didn't lie about my age.

I’m looking for a real experienced loving woman. For me a lady with a few extra kilos and soft female curves is more attractive than a 'perfect' anorectic photo model.
