I am a late-50's man who was divorced a little more than 1yr ago. I have no children of my own, and still dream of it, but probably too old, even though young at heart and healthy. I helped raise step-children, and would do it again. My health is still good, and have stayed quite lean in build.
My career with the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture transfered me to various small rural communities in my 30's and 40's, and I never really found my true love in these very small towns. I am now self-employed in Agriculture, and my finances and income are good. I also own a rather modest, but very decent house here in Owatonna, which is a progressive town of 25,000 people about 45 miles south of Minneapolis. Owatonna is a solid community, with good schools, excellent safety, new medical clinic and hospital, and definitely enough shops for general needs and 'fun'😃 Minneapolis is my original home, never too far away, and have other family and old friends there. Minnesota is a good state for education, culture, and with a great variety of recreation and sport.
I did not have a lot of cultural opportunities in my early life, and turned to sport, but have great respect for the various arts, and would like children to have such opportunities.
I have been fortunate with my business/investment the past few years, and am committed to making it stronger. I have a great desire to make a happy, hopefully healthy, and secure family. I am a loyal and affectionate man.
