I love to run! I completed a marathon last October (2011) and I am getting ready to train for another one. I usually run 4-5 times a week. I am in week 8 of a training program (as of 9/29/12); however, last week I missed a couple of longer runs and I have not decided if I am going to continue with the training program. I also love the mountains and hiking, watching sports, and auto racing.
I am Christian, mild mannered, honest, and loyal. I work hard during the day but I am not consumed by my career. I am probably getting ready to switch accounting firms and this will provide me with a much better work/life balance.
My taste in music is varied but I prefer the rock sound. I like the Christian band Third Day and I listen to them a lot. Some of the secular music I enjoy includes Van Halen, Pearl Jam, the 80's, the blues, Lady Antebellum, Carrie Underwood, Daughtry, and Jimi Hendrix among others.
In the short-term I am seeking a companion to enjoy fall and all it has to offer. (Hiking, driving in the mountains, watching football, and relaxing.) Also, we can go out to eat, go for a run, listen to local musicians, attend concerts, movies, or whatever you like.
